How to backup & restore apps' config data?

The background is that I installed a nextcloud(official version) in TrueNas scale. I've put my user data on a host's directory. However, if I reinstall nextcloud, all the other config data, such as database, will still be exist?
If NO, how can I manually backup & restore things like the database?
