You must remove the PERC H730 and replace it with an LSI HBA controller, such as an LSI 9300-8i.

I don't know. Possibly. If it previously worked but does not now, it may be that a driver change has rendered the card unusable. You may be able to roll back to a previous boot environment. However, even if rolling back makes it work, be aware that this is not expected to work well in the long term. Please do not think that you can roll back and just use that older version forever. It is expected to be problematic in various ways.
