I just installed the Freenas on the HP Proliant DL360 G6 server in order to make iscsi storage.

Not a bad starting server. Did you replace the RAID card with an HBA like the LSI 9210 with IT firmware?

I didn't. Should I? I had to put all disks in Raid 0 mode (each separately) in order to be visible in freenas.

The disks are still not visible. What FreeNAS sees are VDs or virtual drives that just happen to have a one to one mapping. This hides a lot of diagnostic information from FreeNAS like SCSI sense codes and SMART data. You could have a disk about to fail and you would never know.
Take some time and review the ENTIRE user guide http://doc.freenas.org/ Its a lot but there's a TON of great information in there.

You may need to do some research as the HP servers have a nasty habit of running the fans at jet speed if a non HP HAB/RAID card is used. Also some RAID cards (even in one drive RAID0) store RAID metadata on the disk, this can cause issues with reading the disk label/partitions causing you to move the data off server, install the new HBA/IT firmware, rebuild the ZFS pool, move the data back.
