GPU passthrough for hardware transcoding

Over the months I have previous deliberated about where to take my FreeNAS builds and I was just just going to stripe all available drives in a new chassis however over Xmas gave it some thought and bought myself 3x6TB drives which I will run in RAIDZ and then look to add new drives when I can afford it.

I have also always had a separate PLEX server but looking to bring that onto the new FreeNAS chassis by running it as a plugin however will I be able to use my ASUS GTX 760ti GPU to take the transcoding load. Can I do GPU passthrough from FreeNAS?
