Hello everyone,
I have a HP DL380 G6 server.
I have windows server 2012 R2 and i have 24 GB of memory installed on this server.
I formated this server and i have install FreeNAS 9.10 but now i only see 4GB of memory !

Do you have any idea about this problem ?

Thanks :)

Could you please provide a screen shot of the GUI?

EDIT: Additionally enter the shell and tell me what the output is for
Code:
sysctl hw.physmem

I edited the first message. And here is another output which would be nice to see...

Code:
grep memory /var/run/dmesg.boot

Well if the server is in a data center then is FreeNAS running on a VM? If so then I suspect it wasn't given all the RAM. Lets see what the results are first.

Well if you can get into the shell and post the memory info, that will confirm what the hardware thinks it sees.

Also relevant is what the BIOS says.

Hello everyone,

You are right, the server have only 4GB of RAM.
Someone have removed the RAM modules and he has left only 4GB.
Thank you again for your assistance :)

Have a good day
Thanks
