The "CPU" in that thing seems to be the Oxford OXE810DSE (http://www.plxtech.com/products/consumer/oxe810dse) -- an 367MHz ARM based NAS system-on-chip. FreeNAS needs x86(-64) architecture so it's definitely not possible to install it there.
