FreeNAS 11 RX 550 GPU

Hi guys i have FreeNAS 11 system and RX 550 inside it sitting and doing nothing

Is it possible to use this GPU in a Jail? with stuff like hashcat?

When i do pciconf -lv
it's detected

Doubtful, my guess is that you would need the OpenCL software installed at the base OS level. Plus the drivers baked into FreeNAS are only good enough to display some stuff in a text format so getting OpenCL to work isn't going to happen without some major modifications.
