Force Time Sync Via NTP servers ?

Is there a command I can put into shell to force a synchronization of my system time with my added NTP server?

service ntp restart will probably force that to happen.

If you're in SCALE, the webui dashboard has a warning symbol if time is out of sync with what's in your browser. You can click on it to force the times to sync up. This is usually enough to get NTP on track. Though if you're constantly getting out of sync you may need to look for the underlying cause.
