Fresh installed from a USB thumb drive to another one. But the UEFI couldn't recognize the installed FNAS one.

I have tried using the suggested imager to create to booting USB, both USB drivers can boot properly. But after the installation, the USB drive was not listed in the UEFI boot list anymore.

Tried the onboard UEFI shell, it can recognize the partition on the USB driver but couldn't read any folders or files.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

The issue has been solved after I upgraded the BIOS of the server to P02.

There were some other issues with the installation after the BIOS upgrade. I was getting the common issues with disk IO error when the Installer started writing the thumb drive. I ended up install FNAS on a virtual machine with the thumb drive and booted it successfully on the server.

FNAS version is FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201501241715.
