Files from Google Drive not seen from SMB

When I use Cloud Sync to PULL down files from my personal Google Drive, the TrueNAS shows successful transfer (the log shows transfer speed and names of the files), but when I pull up SMB share of the destination folder, the files aren't there.

Then when I run it again, it won't pull down any files because it says it's already there.

The files are in the Truenas box because when I run LS on that folder, the files show up in the shell prompt.

So is this a permissions issue I can't see? I've tried this with another folder and had the exact same issue.
