I know a few people are using these UPS, or similar, so wondered if anyone had suffered similar problems?
My UPS is randomly powering down when there is no disruption to the mains power - pretty much the exact opposite of what I want my UPS to do!
I've had it for almost 12 months, and today must be the 4-5 time it's happened. I have my 2 FreeNAS boxes connected, along with an iMac, a switch and router, but its never pulling more than half the 780W rating (usually between 200-300W depending on the iMac state).
I contacted Amazon about it today and they've already issued a refund, but I'm wondering whether I should get another Cyberpower unit or spend a little more for a APC device, although they are about 1/3 more expensive for the same kind of power.
