Complete Pool Migration

Hello,

What is the best practice for migrating all datasets from an existing pool to a new pool (use case is moving to a larger pool but with a different RAIDZ level so not able to do it with whole disk replacement/pool expansion).

Is there a method that keeps 'everything the way it is' in terms of datasets, shares, permissions so it's completely invisible to the consuming services? Or will there always be some re-wiring required?
