Command to test disk performance

I am testing out some new drive and pool configuration. What would be some command to execute locally on TrueNAS to get some objective metrics? (4K, 8K, etc)

I have used iozone to get some numbers for flash cards on Raspbian. It's available/installed on my FreeNAS box so I'd bet the same for TrueNAS.
