See the Guide, Section 7.16. Basically, go to System->Certificates, and click the Add button.
Then paste in the base-64 text of the certificate in the Certificate field. Likewise for the base-64 text of the private key. For the Identifier field, some memorable name (e.g., the CN) should be applied. Click Save.
