Catalog and Apps problems in 22.02.2

Similar issues as other with buttons not working (but strangely not greyed out) but also my "available apps" keeps showing no apps. I tried to unset pool and readd and did not fix. So I deleted the truecharts catalog and it will not let me readd. Also when I click on the official area this pops up

I've had this error but went away after a bit (maybe a reboot or waiting). I noticed Available Applications shows up empty on logon. However if I click on Virtualization on the left panel, then go back to Applications->Available Applications then they show up.
