Can't upgrade because of incorrect helm version

Hi, when I try to upgraded any application, I get the following

[EFAULT] Failed to upgrade chart release: Error: UPGRADE FAILED: execution error at (appname/templates/common.yaml:1:3): Expected helm version [>=3.12], but found [v3.9.4]. Upgrade TrueNAS SCALE OS

I have checked and the UI tells me I am running the most recent TrueNAS version: TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.4.2

Do a manual update and install the latest version downloaded from their website.
