can't ssh into jail after update to Truenas 13 Core

Hi,
I've right now updated to TN13 Core. It seems that everything including my VMs are running but I have problems with my jail. On this I have nextcloud running. I can ping the jail but not ssh into the jail (which has worked before). Also I can't access nextcloud now in that jail.
Is there a kind of firewall now running (in the jail or maybe in front of)? The jail is on 11.3-RELEASE-p14

no I did nothing but upgraded TN from 12.0-U8.1 to 13.0-RELEASE. Should I have done something as prep for the Jails? If so- can you let me know what and if this still possible or what else can be done to get it running again?

Well, this is where i would start. If your TN is on 13-RELEASE and the jail is still on 11.3 this might be a problem. You can use the "iocage upgrade -r 13.0-RELEASE nextcloud" command to do this. If you are unfamiliar with this command, search the forums. You can also do it from within the GUI but i have read mixed feedback on that. Typically, i upgrade the jail when i update the plugin. There is a checkbox to also upgrade the jail. That has worked most of the times.
