Nobody?
No one has had this kind of problem so far? I have tried many things (another pc, another pendrive, ankther pair of RAMs).

This is my last time i work on it. I will not spend more time on problematic things like this, i have spent enough, have looked around on different sites, but have not found any fix.

Did you mean ASROCK or ASUS because I don't see that motherboard part for ASUS. Anyways, are you stuck at the installation phase or trying to boot into FreeNAS from the USB drive?

Did you try this (from the Guide)?

If you receive a “failed with error 19” message when trying to boot FreeNAS®, make sure that xHCI/USB3 is disabled in the system BIOS.

I have seen this, but i dont havr usb3 , and in the bios I did not find anything about xHCI. I have checked every option in the bios but there is nothing which is related to xHCI

We don't recommend that board... so I'm not surprised it's not booting up properly.

Not only is it an AMD platform (which we know isn't really that compatible with BSD) but it's got 3D integrated graphics, audio, and lots of special AsRock special hardware like XFast. Not something I'd expect to work, let alone ever recommend.

Sorry.

Is freenas really motherboard specific ? :/
I didnt know that.
It must be a way to make it work, isnt it?
(Since it isba software, maybe i should update my bios or something)

As Robert said, no. But FreeBSD doesn't run particularly well on AMD hardware because AMD puts virtually zero effort into making it compatible, along with a bunch of other reasons that are AMD specific. Intel spends a lot of time, money, and development resources making sure that Intel hardware works. So for that reason alone (and there are others that are also very valid reasons why AMD isn't as good on FreeBSD) Intel pretty much reigns supreme. Even the CTO of iXsystems has come out and said that AMD doesn't generally work well, we (we being the BSD community) can't really fix some without AMD's own proprietary inside info to write the code, nor will AMD provide the working code.

So you get what you pay for when you buy AMD. Feel free to save some dough buying an AMD CPU and AMD board. Just don't be surprised when its not as supported as Intel's CPU. Intel's CPUs don't cost more just because Intel can charge more. Intel also pays developers and engineers to make stuff work that AMD doesn't care about.

Thank you for your answer. There is only one thing i dont understand. That on a buying website, someone reviewed this motherboard as to be compatible with freebds

I can't vouch for that myself. Likewise we have no clue how much or how little testing he did, what version he ran, etc. There's too many variables to really make the argument "some stranger said this should work, so it should, right?"

I tried installing freenas 9.3 on an PC with Intel processor, but it gives me still the same error (error 19).
So it seems to me that the problem is not with the processor.

No xHCI setting in the bios? That's weird...

Also, how did you prepare the usb stick?

Asrock q1900 uefi
My pendrive has e2b ( easy 2 boot)
I can install any ISO OS from it (win7, Linux)
I will look for xhci again..

UPDATE: no xhci option, i looked everywhere.

Ok, so if you get the same issue on multiple systems, perhaps there is a problem with your usb drive. I have never used e2b so I cannot help much here, however on their website they say that the most recent version of freenas do not work out of the box with it. They also link to this article with a workaround, see if this is helpful (assuming you haven't done this already of course):
