Can't access Truenas on Windows explorer

Pardon for being new.
I have 2 laptops, with the same windows 11 on it, One is able to access TrueNAS and able to map the drives. On the other hand, the Second laptop is not. By the way, nothing is special on both, almost the same build (software wise) except for the hardware.

I am able to access it using the browser.

I read somewhere that they have the same issue but was caused by WIndows 10 1903.
