Cannot install any plugins

My Truenas just kicks me off the session after any plugin install reaches 50%

You will have to provide more detail.

Which plugins? You should be moving away from plugins as they are being deprecated and removed. My signature has a list of install scripts that you could try.

Is your default gateway and dns set in global config?

Looks correct.

The fact remains that most plugins do not work anymore. And as more time passes, more will stop working because of things getting updated, and IXSystems announcement that plugins are going away.
