Can I use ASUS Webstorage [cloud] with FreeNAS?

I have had an ASUS Webstorage (cloud storage) subscription for some time.

I would very much like to start using this with FreeNAS but there isn't an entry in the 'cloud credentials' list for ASUS Webstorage. Does this mean it isn't possible or (more likely) that no-one has wanted to do this as yet?

Cloud sync uses rclone in the back-end to do the work, so what you're asking is if Asus cloud is on the list of supported providers for rclone:

No, it isn't.

You may look at the list of supported protocols such as SFTP, HTTP and see if you can get something to work at the command line with one of those.

A much easier way would be to use a "more popular" and hence supported cloud provider... that's already a pretty long list that they support.

Thank you for your advice. Much appreciated.

I have set up a [paid-for] account with Google Drive as that seemed to be the cheapest one around.
Having done so I then set up a backup task and ran it. All went exactly as expected.
Setting up the cloud credentials and then setting up the backup task was surprisingly easy. Tributes are due to the developers.
