Can get out of UEFI mode on a new VM

So I am trying to create my first VM in FreeNAS.

I loaded the ISO to the VM but for some reason it won't come on. It keeps dropping me in UEFI mode.

Any idea what I can do?

Is it a UEFI-supporting ISO? You can't drop "legacy BIOS" based images in, it must be bootable in UEFI. For example, it should have a /efi/boot/bootx64.efi file inside it.

man i just downloaded the ISOs never thought to check but when i did you are right no efi... thanks for the help
