Hey Folks,
I usually zero all my drives with nwipe in Linux, because it is easy. Is their anything around with a curses interface for TrueNAS/FreeBSD that can do the same?
I see these:
bsdmag.org
www.freebsd.org
I know all about dd, and can/will do that I guess.
It is nice to have a gui to configure/change options....but to each their own.
Really the exercise is to burn in the disks. I was thinking about just scripting a for loop/script. After testing in linux, I plan to do the same in BSD.
Anyone have any FreeBSD sh scripts that are good for this they want to post?
