Boot Drive Failure

My boot drive has failed is there a procedure to move the storage drive (2No) to a new PC and reinstall TruNas without overwriting the contents of the storage drives which are running in mirrored mode.

Why would you want to do that? Just install TrueNAS to new media and import your config file. For extra safety, you can unplug your data disks while installing TrueNAS.
