I'm pretty sure the TRIM setting is system-wide, so no specifics for just one pool... although the question does raise itself... why would you want to enable TRIM for a pool where TRIM isn't relevant?

There is checkmark under the pool options. Pools---pools options-----checkmark to unable

OK; I'm with you now... that option was added in 12.0 U1, I think.

In any case as already stated, even if you can, what's the point?

Ahem, not exclusively. TRIM also may or may not be supported by
1. SMR spinning hard drives and
2. Thinly-provisioned iSCSI targets.

True enough, but the current state of SMR is "it belongs nowhere near a ZFS setup" - and anyone wanting to build a TrueNAS pool out of remote thin-provisioned iSCSI targets would honestly get the same answer of "Yes, but why?" from me, because there's probably a less convoluted way to accomplish the end result.
