ASrock J3455-ITX

There are numerous threads with prior issues with getting this particular board to work properly with Free/TrueNAS, I had everything except for the motherboard laying around, so I took a gamble.

My setup:

• ASRock J3455 ITX
• Fractal Node 304
• 16gb of non-ecc ram
• LSI controller crossflashed to to 9211-it8
• 5 disks in RaidZ2
• 1 ssd for boot
• 1 ssd for jail/vm
• Corsair 450 something PSU

My experience has been nothing but smooth thus far, it's not anything like my main TrueNAS box running on a Supermicro/ECC/Xeon combo, but for a second off-site backup, which mainly will be used for receiving ZFS sends, hosting wireguard, updating my dynamic ip and handling smart sensors at my summer house it's perfect.
