Apps keep deploying with a fresh SCALE 23.10.0.01 installation (Jellyfin, qbittorrent)

I have a fresh install of the new SCALE 23.10.0.1. After install i format the ssd that i used for the apps pool.
I like to use a jellyfin and qbittorrent, but when i try install this apps with default settings, just keep deploying.

The hardware:
-Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO
-Intel I5 9600KF
-24G Kingstorn RAM
-Kingstone 256G NVME boot drive
-Western Digital 480G Green ssd
-various hdds for the rest of the pools

I tried install 2 times, reinstall it from the ground, but didn't work.
I reed that toothe Enable Host Path Safety Checks unchaching maybe solve the problem, but i don't have that option!??
I don' know what to do with this problem.

I partially solved the problem, the update to 23.10.1 is the key.
But i don"t know how people use it in big enviorment, its like to a very first open beta, the tips in the web gui just the name of the setting, same in the scale web tutorial.
Same times work, the another don't.
I have a problem with qbittorrent,i find the same problem the another thread, but they are very old threads.
I have to make a new one for this, because this problem is make a truenas useless to me.
