Applications GUI not showing correct state of applications

Good news first - after upgrading to 23.10.0.1 from 23.10.0 I was able to successfully export my application pool , import it back via GUIO and now it mounts correctly

What I do see now in Application GUI - status of applications does not mean much (some of them are listed as stopped / deploying , however all of them are in running state and accessible

I suspect this is a browser cache issue, I tried some scenarios this morning and saw something similar, can you try clearing your cache and see if they show correctly?

It is caching issue since manual refresh clears it (forgot to add that to original post) - my point - it used to auto refresh by itself before ...

I'll get a ticket filed at our end, I'm seeing this sporadically.
