This is less a request for help and more of a conglomeration of fixes we've (myself and some of the other members in the truenas community, with the help of truecharts)
Mostly, i'd like an easy reference for people when they face the blue circle of death in installed applications

First and foremost: thank you to the devs of TrueNAS and the developement of SCALE. And thank you to the TrueCharts community for coming up with such a robust set of applications and (usual) ease of deployment of such.

1) Be sure to use the RC2 hotfix for truecharts apps (i dont have the link on me at the moment, but ill edit later to include it)

But, inevitably, things do break...

So, please feel free to chime in with solutions that you have found (on your own or with the help of TrueCharts) below

One method ive found (but do not recommend except for extreme emergencies) is to reinstall TrueNAS and re-importing your storage data. I followed that with removal of the last application i installed and then rebooted. (command to remove an application from CLI that i used was 'k3s server delete 'nameofapp' and then reboot the TrueNAS machine.

I followed this by immediately installing PLEX and it seemed to have brought up all of my applications (save for the one that i removed).
