Applications are not running

I have just upgraded from anglefish to blueFin 22.12.0 and my Apps are not showing. I can not add a new app as i get the following Errors

Searching the Forum this appears the be a common issue. Is there a FIX to being able to re add Apps. I don't care if I lose my data from them.
I just want to have them back.

Seems strange this made it past testing without being picked up.
