App pool unavailable after Cobia upgrade and plex stuck in deploying.

After the upgrade to Cobia, I've experienced all app are unavailable and my plugin pool has not been imported.
The workaround to make most of the app work again has been: 1. unset plugin pool (in Apps) 2. import plugin pool (in Storage) 3. Choose plug-in pool (in Apps).
at point 2 I get the following error:
(sqlite3.IntegrityError) UNIQUE constraint failed: storage_volume.vol_name [SQL: INSERT INTO storage_volume (vol_name, vol_guid) VALUES (?, ?)] [parameters: ('Plugins', '13232762419343240925')] (Background on this error at: https://sqlalche.me/e/14/gkpj)

attached more info on the error.

Despite the error, the plugin pools loads all apps correctly and almost all of them work without problem. Until i restart. At this point it's back at square one.

I'm not sure if this is correlated to the problem i just described, but 2 apps are stuck in deploying mode (plex being one of them).

Deselecting "Enable Host Path for Plex Config Volume" allows the app to load and i can access the web portal, but obviously the content is not available.

This didn't change with today's upgrade to TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.1.1.

So now my question is: is there a way to fix this? shall i wait for an update that could potentially fix the problem? or would a complete reset of the plugin pool and re-install all apps from scratch fix the problem?

After impatiently waiting for a reply or an update, i decided to take the hit and start from scratch.
I took the opportunity and upgraded my plugin pool with better/bigger SSDs.
After deleting the pool, installed the new SSDs, recreated the Pool, assigned it to Apps and reinstalled everything from scratch.
It has being a pain, but everything seems to be working well so far.
