Drobo parent company bankruptcy escalates to Chapter 7

StorCentric has shifted to Chapter 7 bankruptcy after failing to find a buyer or reorganize its company after COVID-19, leaving Drobo and Retrospect customers without any information.

Apple Insider shares that StorCentric has shifted from a reorganization bankruptcy to a liquidation bankruptcy, which means that bits and pieces of the probably useless and valueless company (in my opinion) will be sold off in an effort to pay off creditors.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.
