Adguard install resetting default after restart

I have successful installed adguard on Truenas Scale but if you restart the server or edit the app setting, it goes back to the main setup page and have to setup everything again. Is there something I am missing that holds its setting while a restart happen?

Finally got it to work using the Launch Docker Image way. I manually created two directories using the shell (/opt/adguardhome/work and /opt/adguardhome/conf) then used both of them as mount path. Hopefully that makes sense because I am a 99% Windows Server user so it's kinda hard for me to speak Linux.

I prefer AdGuardHome because I am using a 8-year old desktop computer that PiHole doesn't seem to like.
