2 x 3TB hard drive but they are showing different size

Hi,

I am new to FreeNAS running 64bit USB image. I have 2 x identical 3TB hard drives one is showing up fine (MultiPath Ada1 3TB) but the other is showing as regular disk (ada0 801.6GB). I can't seem to find out why is that, any help will be appreciated.

It would help if you have some information that was helpful. Motherboard model, sata controller, HDD model, firmware version of everything.

It's a HP DC7800 Small Form Factor PC and I using the integrated SATA controller. Hard drives are Hitachi HUA723030ALA640

First of all, the hardware is most likely nowhere near the required specs for FreeNAS.

As for the drive, if possible check it in another computer. If not, try switching their ports. Tell us if the problem follows the drive.
